This programme is designed for expectant and new parents, providing a space to prioritise meaningful conversations that help build a strong foundation for their future family. Transitioning to parenthood is a significant shift in any relationship, bringing immense joy while also presenting new challenges.
Couples will need to navigate decision-making together in ways they may not have before, balancing shared responsibilities and commitments to their child. Personal expectations, assumptions, and experiences about parenting and family life will naturally come into play, making open communication more essential than ever.
This programme offers an opportunity to begin the parenting journey positively, fostering a supportive and connected partnership. It equips parents with the confidence to have important conversations, especially during times of fatigue or overwhelm, and align on key priorities before critical decisions need to be made.
